Production and Design Engineers

We are looking for Mechanical Engineers with having 2 to 8 years experience in the areas of Production Engineering

Must Have

• Experience in Design of 2D CAD Models and 3D CAD Models

• Strong understanding of Mechanical Design basics and practices including Tooling design

• Experience and proficiency in Creo / Solid-works / Pro-e / PTC Windchill PDM essentials .

• Excellent Communications skills
Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Finite Element Calculations & Analysis using ANSYS / Mathcad

• Technical Content writing

Cost Engineering Specialists

We are looking for Mechanical Engineers who will Lead/Drive & Support all major cost down projects for our Customers. The preferred candidate will have an experience in Cost/Value engineering role ideally in global manufacturing environment. 

  • 4 - 7 years of proven work experience in Should costing or Target costing, Value engineering/Value analysis, Design to Cost

  • Strong knowledge on global sourcing & manufacturing best practices

  • Familiar in Creo/Inventor 3D modelling, or similar tools

  • Exposure in Cost Analysis tools like aPriori or other

  • Strong communication skills to handle both internal and external stake holders

EHS / SHEQ Project Managers

EHS/HSE in Supply Chain

  • Key driver/ Contribute to the development and improvement of HSE/CSR activities in Procurement.

  • Participate in strategic and tactical CSR tasks across Supply Chain.

  • Serve as link between Procurement and the HSE/CSR department.

  • Support and coordination of supplier activities.  

Key Task Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the supplier base CSR activities comply with Supplier Code of Conduct

  • Monitor and evaluate supplier compliance in dialogue with internal stakeholders and assess CSR risks in the supplier base and report to management

  • Act on findings from the assessment and together with the Category Management teams and Risk Advisor develop mitigation plans to reduce or eliminate CSR risks

  • Ensure relevant supplier base CSR information is published in the appropriate company reports and websites

  • Coordinate Procurement CSR activities and follow up on supplier development actions.

  • General CSR support to Category Management teams and Procurement Management.

Develop and roll out CSR process, procedures and tools as necessary
